Very simple recipe for vanilla syrup. I put it in my coffee with a little +bit of milk.

Yield: ~7 fluid ounces

You will need:

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 cup of granulated sugar

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

Process:

  1. Mix water and sugar in saucepan
    2. +
  2. Bring to gentle boil slowly
    3. +
  3. Bring down to simmer, let simmer for 15-20 mins
    4. +
  4. Take off heat, let cool for 5 mins

  5. Mix in vanilla extract. Place in bottle
