I just recently started making this and I honestly love it, it tastes good
+and is easy to make in about 15 mins.

Yield: ~2-4 servings
+

You will need:
+
+ - 1lb Ground Beef
+ - 3 Garlic cloves (or garlic powder)
+ - 1/4 Cup brown sugar
+ - 1/4 Soy sauce
+ - 2 Tsp sesame oil
+ - 1/4 Tsp ground ginger
+ - 1/4 Tsp red pepper
+ - 1/4 Tsp black pepper (or 2-4 turns of grinder)
+ - 2 Cups of rice
+ - A green bell pepper and/or onion (optional)
+ - Sesame seeds (optional)
+

Process:
+
+ - Cook rice first, adding salt and butter to taste
+ - Chop up pepper and/or onion into bite size pieces
+ - In a bowl, whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red
+ pepper, and black pepper
+ - In a skillet, cook ground beef and garlic, till no longer pink
+ - Add mixed seasonings to ground beef, along with vegtables. Cook on
+ lower heat till onions are translucent and pepper are soft
+ - Server over hot rice and garnish with sesame seeds
