  1. Cook rice first, adding salt and butter to taste

  3. Chop up pepper and/or onion into bite size pieces

  5. In a bowl, whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red + pepper, and black pepper

  7. In a skillet, cook ground beef and garlic, till no longer pink

  9. Add mixed seasonings to ground beef, along with vegtables. Cook on + lower heat till onions are translucent and pepper are soft
