This is a recipe I got off of the back of a bottle of vanilla, and honestly
it worked really well.

Yield: 2 pieces of pork

You will need:

 - 2 pork tenderloins
 - 1/4 cup honey
 - 2 Tbsp vinegar
 - 1 Tsp Imitation Vanilla
 - 1/2 Tsp paprika
 - 1/4 Tsp ground mustard
 - 1/8 Tsp ground black pepper (~2 Grinds)
 - 1/4 Tsp salt

Process:

 - Preheat oven to 375F/190C
 - Place meat in baking pan
 - Mix honey, vinegar, Imitation Vanilla Flavor, paprika, ground mustard,
pepper, and salt. Mix together till forms a glaze
 - Brush both sides of meat with glaze. Roast for 45 mins,
flipping and bushing both sides with glaze every 15 mins.
 - Let cool and serve

Really simple one. You can substitute ground mustard with yellow mustard,
just max sure to mash the little globs that form and spread on the meat
