I just recently started making this and I honestly love it, it tastes good and is easy to make in about 15 mins.

Yield: ~2-4 servings

You will need:


Process:

  1. Cook rice first, adding salt and butter to taste
  2. Chop up pepper and/or onion into bite size pieces
  3. In a bowl, whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper, and black pepper
  4. In a skillet, cook ground beef and garlic, till no longer pink
  5. Add mixed seasonings to ground beef, along with vegtables. Cook on lower heat till onions are translucent and pepper are soft
  6. Server over hot rice and garnish with sesame seeds
