= Roswall =

Roswall is the Margrave of [[Lugunica]], and the strongest magic user in the
kingdom. Due to Echidna, he was able to best his siblings and become the head
of the Mathers Family.

Roswall views echidna as his love intrest. Roswall wishes to resurect [[Echidna]]

Roswall's greatest wish will be fufilled only if Emilia assumes the throne of
Lugunica (per [[Ram]]'s request to [[Emilia]]).

Roswall is responsible for making it so that Puck could not leave during the
Events of [[Arc4]].
