This is a recipe I tend to resort to when I'm being lazy and don't feel like
putting in to much effort to cook, but still want good food.

Yield: 4 pieces of chicken

You will need:

2 chicken breasts

Salt and Pepper

1/4 cup of flour

3.5 Tbsp of butter

2 garlic cloves (or garlic powder)

1.5 Tbsp of vinegar (white or apple cider)

1 Tbsp of soy sauce

1/3 cup of honey

Process:

Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally. Season with salt and
pepper.

Put flour in shallow dish/pan. Wet chicken slightly, coat in
flour

Melt 2.5 Tbsp of butter in skillet

Cook chicken wil golden on each side

Add garlic to pan and butter. Stir together.

Add vinegar, soy sauce, and honey. Stir gently
to combine into
sauce.

Cook chicken, flipping to coat in sauce. If
sauce gets to thick, add
water till thinner.

Once cooked through, remove and drizzle
with sauce.
