<p>I just recently started making this and I honestly love it, it tastes good
|
|
and is easy to make in about 15 mins.</p>
|
|
|
|
<p>Yield: ~2-4 servings</p>
|
|
|
|
<p>You will need:</p>
|
|
<ul>
|
|
<li>1lb Ground Beef</li>
|
|
<li>3 Garlic cloves (or garlic powder)</li>
|
|
<li>1/4 Cup brown sugar</li>
|
|
<li>1/4 Soy sauce</li>
|
|
<li>2 Tsp sesame oil</li>
|
|
<li>1/4 Tsp ground ginger</li>
|
|
<li>1/4 Tsp red pepper</li>
|
|
<li>1/4 Tsp black pepper (or 2-4 turns of grinder)</li>
|
|
<li>2 Cups of rice</li>
|
|
<li>A green bell pepper and/or onion (optional)</li>
|
|
<li>Sesame seeds (optional)</li>
|
|
</ul>

<p>Process:</p>
|
|
<ol>
|
|
<li>Cook rice first, adding salt and butter to taste</li>
|
|
<li>Chop up pepper and/or onion into bite size pieces</li>
|
|
<li>In a bowl, whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red
|
|
pepper, and black pepper</li>
|
|
<li>In a skillet, cook ground beef and garlic, till no longer pink</li>
|
|
<li>Add mixed seasonings to ground beef, along with vegtables. Cook on
|
|
lower heat till onions are translucent and pepper are soft</li>
|
|
<li>Server over hot rice and garnish with sesame seeds</li>
|
|
</ol>
